Enhanced Referral Scheme
We offer a referral scheme to clients who recommend their friends or family to us, earning you a percentage of the price of the property. With the Plus+ package, we enhance this by doubling the referral amount so you can earn more for yourself, how much you share with your family or friends is up to you!

The additional income generated from the property can have significant tax implications, leading to a reduction in profits. It is important to have an accountant who specialises in property. For Plus+ clients we can refer you to one as part of the purchase process.
Recommended Mortgage Brokers
If you're planning to use a mortgage to finance your Buy-To-Let property, it's important to work with a mortgage broker. We've created our own panel of mortgage brokers who we work with that specialize in Buy-To-Let mortgage products and have a deep understanding of the lending market across several property strategies. For Plus+ clients, we can refer you to a mortgage broker as part of the purchase process.
Recommended Solicitors
Solicitors play a crucial role in the process of purchasing a property, just like accountants and mortgage brokers. Although there are many solicitors available to perform the conveyancing, some transactions may be more complex due to the property type or tenants in situ, and in such cases, it would be beneficial to hire the services of specialist solicitors. If you are a Plus+ client, we can provide you with a referral to a specialist solicitor as part of the purchase process should you want to use them.
Recommended Insurance Brokers
Many Buy-To-Let property owners are required to have buildings insurance, which may be mandated by their mortgage lender or managing agent for social housing or student accommodation. Depending on your property strategy, you may find our recommended insurance brokers, who specialize in these areas, beneficial.
